What Qualifies for a Return?

What Does Not Qualify for a Return?

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or contain makeup stains

  • Items that do not have original tags attached

  • Items with scents (e.g., perfume, smoke)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Store credit purchases

Refund Process

If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the item. Please note:

  • Gift cards issued as store credit are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

  • Store credit cannot be converted into cash refunds.
