If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@shopdivinegrace.com. We will file a claim with the carrier, and once the investigation is complete, if the package cannot be located, we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available, we will issue a refund. Please note that USPS packages must be in transit for 15 days before we can initiate a claim for a missing package.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund. If your package is marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS. If your package does not arrive on time, please reach out to the carrier directly. We cannot refund shipping charges for delays outside of our control.

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. To receive items separately, please place separate orders.
